Qualifications

Educational Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferred majors: Business Administration, Finance, Economics, etc.)

Experience Requirements

  • Possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in a Debt Collection Planning role.
  • Preferred experience in debt trading (NPL acquisition)
  • Prior work experience in banks or financial institutions is an advantage

Required Competencies and Technical Skills for Call Center Management Staff

1. Leadership & Team Management

  • Ability to effectively lead, motivate, and guide call center agents.
  • Strong performance management skills, including target setting and KPI tracking.
  • Conflict resolution and problem-solving capabilities.

2. Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Competence in analyzing call statistics (call volume, abandonment rate, handling rate, etc.).
  • Ability to extract insights and propose operational improvements.
  • Strong reporting skills, including preparation of periodic reports for management.

3. Customer Service & Communication Skills

  • Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills with internal teams (IT, QC, Training, etc.)
  • Stakeholder management skills for both internal and external parties.

4. Coaching & Training Abilities

  • Capability to conduct onboarding training for new hires and skill-enhancement sessions for agents.
  • Experience in providing constructive feedback aligned with QA (Quality Assurance) standards.
  • Continuous coaching to improve team performance and service quality.

5. Problem-Solving & Crisis Management

  • Ability to respond quickly and accurately to unexpected issues (system outages, call spikes, etc.).
  • Skill in improving operational processes and enhancing overall efficiency.
  • Risk identification and management capabilities.

6. Compliance & Data Protection Awareness

  • Strong understanding of data privacy practices, including masking and access-control policies.
  • Compliance with relevant regulations (such as PDPD) and internal company policies.
